2. Internal Tooling
Athenia Creative uses internal automation tools that connect to Google Workspace APIs (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and related services) to manage business operations across its portfolio of brands. These tools are used exclusively by authorized Athenia Creative staff and are not distributed to third parties. Access to and use of these tools is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By accessing or using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and are capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of our Services—including SaaS products such as StorytellerOS and membership platforms such as Indie Author Training—you may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration.
- Maintain and promptly update your account details.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized activity or a violation of these Terms.
5. Payment and Subscriptions
Some Services—such as premium memberships, online courses, SaaS subscriptions, and coaching programs—require payment.
a. Billing and Renewal
- Payments are processed through secure third-party providers such as Stripe.
- Subscription services automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge recurring fees as applicable.
b. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting chelle@atheniacreative.com.
- Refunds are issued in accordance with the specific refund policy published on the applicable brand’s website.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for digital products or services already delivered or substantially accessed.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful conduct.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of our Services.
- Post, upload, or transmit defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Copy, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of our Services or intellectual property without written consent.

All content, materials, designs, graphics, software, course content, and other materials available through the Services are the property of Athenia Creative LLC or its respective licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or professional purposes consistent with these Terms.

- Reproduce, republish, sell, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Create derivative works based on our content without express authorization.
8. User-Generated Content
You may submit or upload content such as comments, reviews, forum posts, course contributions, or other materials.
By submitting content, you grant Athenia Creative a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, and publicly display that content in connection with the operation and promotion of our Services.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to share the content.
- Your content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any applicable law.

We do not guarantee that:

- Defects or errors will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Services immediately ceases.
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law—will remain in effect.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washoe County, Nevada, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by the arbitrator.
15. International Users
If you access our Services from outside the United States, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations of your local jurisdiction. We make no representation that our Services are appropriate or available in all countries or regions.
16. Changes to These Terms
